Training

As the obstacle course race that anyone can start and everyone can finish, Dashers cross the finish line at a variety of paces. Participants walk, run, or take a run/walk combination throughout the entire course.

 

 

 

Enjoy pushing your limits and putting every inch of your mind and body into conditioning, then into action! Train up and see how you stack up against some mud pits, icy water, and even a little fire! We are driven by not only scaling 3-meter high walls or crawling through mud under barbed wire, but also by team and year-round health and fitness both on and off the course.
